I started using this moisturiser about two months ago at first I did like it however I stated to break out . I decide to stop using it. Sorry not for me.

Wow , I haven't had  a facial a months.

Today  decided to go in for a Microdermabrassion Facial ..My skin feels soo refresh , soft and looks glowing.
For all of you guys that haven;t had one i really reccomend one.

The process is has follows:

1. Start by cleansing your face (used hot towels to open your pores)

2.Waxing of the eyebrows , lip.

3. She starts to remove all the dead skin with the machine that is use. ( it hurts a bit but its taking all the dead cells.)

4. Extraction of blackheads, pimples.

5. Cleans again massaging real good.

6. Applies a moisturizer and your set.

Now you have brilliant fresh glowing skin!!

The price of the Dermabrassion was $70 dollars , totally worth it.

Espiritual Healing Massage

Massages can benefit oneself in many ways. Today you are so busy  running from place to place trying to get your errands and life done. I decided to try this lady that has her little business massage company in the gym I go to.

I was soo anxious to go to get this massage. It was the best $55 dollars ever spent!.
I was soo  full of energy after she finish . The best part is that i got so sleepy and i took a nap .

THE process of the complete spiritual massage.

1.Go into room has you enter she has already prepared the table and burned some incense, their is music in the background.

2. You undress yourself leaving only your under garments.

3. Take three death breaths inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

4. Lay down on your stomach.

5. She goes around your table and starts praying.

6. SHe starts on your feet massaging real soft, deep (however you want your massage)

7.Then works your arms shoulders , and back.

8. Then you turn works the front of your body.(Leg up to your shoulders)

9. I also, ask for my face .

That was it a full hour of relaxation .

I feel amazing , improved my posture. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that needs to escape from the ordinary life.

Current ADDICTION..

There are times where you  are soo into things. Has I was growing up I always liked to do my nails. When I was in High School I did my nails every week with a different color. I loved to keep my nails long and healthy. Today nail polish has become an addiction. I love to do my nails every couple of days .. I like to decorated them with stickers , rhinestones and designs. Every time i go to the store I like to look in the nail polish section and see if they have something new. ..
